- managing your orders, delivery, invoicing and customer service: performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);

- sending the newsletter and commercial offers: your consent (Art. 6.1.a), or the Publisher's legitimate interest within an existing commercial relationship for similar products, in accordance with Article L.34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code;
- collecting customer reviews after a purchase, with the Publisher and Trusted Shops acting as joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR): the Publisher's legitimate interest in assessing and improving the quality of its products and services (Art. 6.1.f);
- audience measurement and improvement of the site: your consent;
- site security and fraud prevention: the Publisher's legitimate interest.
You may object to commercial prospecting and withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below and the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail).
Your data are intended for the Publisher's authorised internal departments. The Publisher does not sell, rent or exchange your personal data. They may be shared, strictly as necessary for each purpose, with the following technical providers and partners:
- payment providers: Stripe and PayPal (secure payment processing; no banking details are retained by the Publisher);
- transactional and marketing e-mail delivery: Mailjet;
- collection and display of customer reviews: Trusted Shops GmbH (Germany), joint controller (Article 26 GDPR). This joint controllership, governed by a Joint Controllership Agreement that forms part of the Trusted Shops general terms, covers the integration of the Trustbadge, the transmission of data for buyer protection, the sending of review invitations on the Publisher's behalf, and the collection and publication of reviews; the essence of this agreement is available from Trusted Shops;
- audience measurement: Google;
- hosting, technical delivery (CDN) and security of the site: our host (see above) and Cloudflare, Inc.
Your data may also be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Google (audience measurement) and Cloudflare (content-delivery network and security), both established in the United States, may transfer data there; such transfers are governed by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted within the European Union (Cyprus).
Your data are kept for the following periods:
- customer account data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived or deleted;
- invoicing and order data: ten (10) years, in accordance with accounting obligations (Art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code);
- data used for prospecting (newsletter, alerts, offers): three (3) years from your last contact or the end of the commercial relationship;
- cookies and trackers: thirteen (13) months maximum.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (in particular to commercial prospecting) and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to issue directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
You may exercise these rights by writing to or by post to the Publisher's address; proof of identity may be requested. The Publisher undertakes to reply within one (1) month.
You can also view and edit your information, and request the deletion of your account, directly from your account area ("My profile"). When you request the deletion of your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymised (any reviews you have published are kept in anonymised form); however, data the Publisher is legally required to keep – in particular invoices (see "Retention periods") – is retained until the end of the statutory period and used for no other purpose.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 – www.cnil.fr).
