We have done our best to make the buying process as simple as possible in only 4 steps:
1) Shopping basket
Add one or multiple items to your basket, and then follow the Checkout link, which will bring you to your shopping basket summary: https://hprints.com/en/basket/.
2) Shipping
Select your destination country and then the shipping service (Priority Mail, Tracked and insured, etc...). We strongly recommend the choice of a tracked shipping service because it will give us a proof of deposit and an Online Tracking Number which is very helpful in case of a delayed or lost package. Then click on the Next step button.
3) Payment method
Choose a payment method in the list and then:
- Credit card: some personal information is needed to continue checkout. Please fill the Delivery address and Contact Details required fields, then click on the Next step button.
- PayPal: just click on the Next step button.
4) Payment
After you have read and accepted our Terms of sale:
- Credit card: click on the Pay with Credit Card button and follow instructions on the secured Stripe page.
- PayPal: click on the Continue to PayPal button and follow instructions on the secured PayPal website.
(I) If you already have a PayPal account, you will only need to login and confirm your purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the transaction.
(II) If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be asked to inform your shipping address and credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express...). Follow the steps and proceed to payment.
5) Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will be taken back to our store and receive an Order confirmation email with the details of your order and a link to your printable invoice.
