All orders will be shipped with from Paris with the French postal company La Poste or with Mondial Relay for some European countries.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on the order's total estimated weight, the recipient's country and the shipping service chosen. Shipping costs may vary by the postal company fares.
FRANCE (mainland)
We offer shipping fees to France on all orders over 120 € with Mondial Relay Pickup Point or Standard Mail with tracking number (up to 1 kg). This limit is not cumulative with other pending purchases, although they can be combined at no charge.
We are not responsible for the excessive delays, losses or damages of the postal service. We recommend customers to choose a tracked and insured shipping service. In case an insured mail or parcel is lost or damaged, please email us so we can make a claim against the shipping company. We will offer a full refund if an insured mail is lost.
Your order is shipped to the delivery address you provide during checkout, before payment. You can review and edit it on the order summary page, up until you confirm your payment.
This applies to all payment methods. When you pay with PayPal, the address you entered is displayed and locked on the PayPal pages, so it cannot be changed there. If you would like to ship to a different address, please update it during checkout or contact us by email.
It is a priority for us to offer the safest packaging service. All orders are conscientiously wrapped in strong flat book boxes. These shockproof boxes are manufactured from reinforced corrugated board with extended corner protection.
The prints are also protected in polythene sleeves to protect from humidity while in the post.
