A bride in profile, in a short veil and a small flower headdress, wears the white duchess satin wedding dress «Point d'orgue» by Pierre Balmain, with a high stand collar, long fitted sleeves, a nipped waist and a skirt of chevron panels ending in a long ruffled train, in this period 1952 clipping drawn in grey and black brush strokes by René Gruau, beneath the words «Robe de mariée en satin duchesse».
