Beachwear on the sand and evening gowns on a terrace: Mainbocher's checked pyjamas with a wide hat, Schiaparelli's brown flowered dress, Rochas's pink blouse over black trousers and Patou's blue, white and red beach set, then gowns by Paquin in red ruffles, Lelong in black flowered fabric and Alix in white pleats with a blue sash, in this original 1935 clipping, a double-page fashion illustration by Karsavina.
