Five figures in trousers are sketched in loose ink and wash in this vintage 1949 clipping titled «Pantalonnades» (Trouser Farces), illustrated by Tom Keogh: Christian Dior's black three-quarter coat over red trousers, Lola Prusac's short black jacket and beige trousers beside a dress form, Madeleine de Rauch's dark top and pale trousers seen from behind at an easel, Pierre Balmain's red fringed sweater, and Jean Dessès's black blouse with plaid trousers.
