Three women in evening gowns by the house of Doucet pose in this original 1912 clipping, a photograph by Talbot headed «La Mode au Bal et au Théâtre» (Fashion at the Ball and the Theatre): a white satin gown draped at the hips, a gown with a small train patterned with velvet flowers, seen from behind under a tall feathered hat, and a pale gown with sheer sleeves and a dark flower at the shoulder.
