A tall woman in profile wears a long fitted black evening gown with a high neck and tiers of ruffles at the hem, a bouquet of flowers in her hand, while a smaller woman at left in a dark buttoned gown with a flounced hem holds flowers behind her, in this authentic 1939 clipping, a black and white drawing by S. Chompré for Balenciaga, in faille «Régina» by A. Buche. A preserved printed witness of late 1930s couture.
