The above dress is a creation of Benito's so versatile artist whose talent has conquered New York and Paris, to which a recent exhibition at the Wildenstein Gallery in New York just brought another triumph. Absent from France for months, Benito decided to prolong his stay in the United States to study this fascinating problem that is the American woman, personality if charged. For this evening dress that combines simplicity with real elegance of line, its creator suggests the use of a chased silver lamé a barely visible pattern, and a black satin crepe. .
