Brilliantly assured, and typically Dior 1954, this slender figure of yellow satin, with his new silhouette sheathed bosom, knotted swath at the hips, and a short, loose coat also of satin, with a boa border of sable. A wonderful look, altogether, for a woman of Latin colouring: Dior's visits to his new Caracas outpost may have been his inspiration here.
