What are the accepted payment methods?
This payment method is the most recommended because it's fast and secure. Your order will be instantly confirmed and processed.
Each payment is secured on PayPal's website at the address https://www.paypal.com. The creation of a PayPal account is optional to make a payment. No banking or other financial information is communicated to us, we only receive from PayPal a confirmation (or failure) notification of the customer's payment.
- SEPA Credit transfer (SEPA zone customers only)
SEPA (« Single Euro Payments Area ») credit transfer is accepted, of course in Euros only. IBAN and BIC informations are communicated to the customer after order confirmation.
After confirming this payment method during checkout, the selected item(s) will be reserved. The order will be validated and treated after notice of the SEPA payment authorization.
- Check (French checks only)
French customers may also pay by check.

How to purchase?
We have done our best to make the buying process as simple as possible, no user account/subscription is needed:
1) Add one or multiple items to your basket, and then follow the Checkout link, which will bring you to your shopping basket summary: https://hprints.com/en/basket/.
2) Select your destination country and then the shipping service (Priority Mail, Tracked and insured, etc...). We strongly recommend the choice of a tracked shipping service because it will give us a proof of deposit and an Online Tracking Number which is very helpful in case of a delayed or lost package. Then click on the Next step button.
3) Choose a payment method in the list and then:
- PayPal: just click on the Next step button.
- Other payment method: in that case, some personal information is needed to continue checkout. Please fill the Delivery address and Contact Details required fields, then click on the Next step button.
4) After you have read and accepted our Terms of sale:
- PayPal: just click on the Pay now button that will take you to the secured PayPal website (https://www.paypal.com/...).
(I) If you already have a PayPal account, you will only need to login and confirm your purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the transaction.
(II) If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be asked to inform your shipping address and credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express...). Follow the steps and proceed to payment.
After payment confirmation, you will be taken back to our store and receive an email notification from PayPal. We will also instantly send you an Order confirmation email with the details of your order and a link to your printable invoice.
- Other payment method: click on the Confirm Order button. Your order will be considered as « pending » and your item(s) will be reserved. You will be taken to a private page summarizing the order details and will get an email notification with the link to that page.
The order will be validated after cashing payment. We will then send you an Order confirmation email with the details of your order and a link to your printable invoice.

How to make a reservation?
For different reasons you may need to make a reservation instead of a purchase. To create a reservation of one or more items, you will need to follow the same steps as for a purchase until step 3 (Payment Method).
- Step 3 : you have the possibility to opt for the « Reservation » option below the payment methods. At this point, some personal information is needed to continue. Please fill the Delivery address and Contact Details required fields, then click on the Next step button.
- Step 4 : click on the Confirm Reservation button. Your reservation will be then created and your selected item(s) reserved and invisible to visitors for a limited period of time (up to two weeks). You will be taken to a private page summarizing the reservation details and will get an email notification with the link to that page.
Note: if you are a new customer please accompany your reservation with a message explaining the reasons of this request.
